Times

A time is a minute or two different from my calendar

That's expected. Calendars use slightly different calculations. Lev's times come from Hebcal.com, and each one names the opinion it follows. Check that your city is right in Me.

A time is missing

Very far north, some times can't be calculated reliably at certain times of year. Lev leaves them out rather than show a wrong one. Ask your rabbi what to follow.

Reminders

I'm not getting reminders

Check that notifications for Lev are on in the iPhone's Settings, and that the reminder is on in Lev. Open Lev now and then: iOS limits how many reminders an app can schedule ahead, so Lev adds the next ones each time you open it.

Nothing arrived on Shabbat

That's Shabbat mode: Lev stays silent from candle lighting until Havdalah, and on Yom Tov. You can change it in Me.

Tehillim campaigns

Do people need the app to take part?

No. Anyone with the link can take a chapter and read it in their browser.

Report a campaign

Use "Report this campaign" at the bottom of its page, or write to us with the link. Campaigns reported by several people are hidden until we review them.

A campaign mentions me or my family

Write to us with the link and we'll remove the name or the campaign.

Subscriptions

Apple handles subscriptions. To cancel or change one, open your Apple subscriptions. For a refund, use Apple's Report a Problem. To restore a purchase on a new iPhone, sign in with the same Apple account.

Your data

To erase everything Lev keeps on your phone, open Me → Delete all personal data. To delete campaign data or ask what we hold, write to us. See the privacy policy.
